But visa argued that "the statement that visa recognized mindgeek as an authorized supplier and processed payments on her web portals: it is not believed that visa agreed to act in human trafficking with the intent of sexual exploitation of a certain kind. Cannot, of itself, be evidence of collusion.
But judge carney said he was still at the start of the proceedings “court i can safely conclude that visa intended to help mindgeek monetize a children's comic, food that visa continued to provide mindgeek with funds for that and knew that mindgeek was really doing it.
It provided a tool used to carry out the crime.”
A visa spokesman told the bbc. That the partner condemned human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, sexual exploitation and child sexual abuse articles.
